Items will be shipped via USPS, Fed Ex, or UPS depending upon which offers the best shipping option to your location. For non-personalized items, we will process your order within 2-3 business days. Shipping timeframes are 5-8 business days. 

Please allow 1-2 weeks processing time for personalized products. Shipping timeframes are 5-8 days. 

We are only able to offer shipping to the continental US at this time. 

Local pickup is offered in Jacksonville, AL at Salon Alon. They are located at 406 Pelham Rd N, Jacksonville, AL 36265.

Refunds/Returns

Elite Designs strives to offer our guests elite, quality products. Please contact us with any return concerns. 

Non personalized gift items have a 10-day return guarantee. Personalized gifts are non-returnable, but please contact us to discuss. Exchanges and returns will be processed 48 to 72 hours. Please email us at info@elitedesigns.net to discuss exchanges and returns. Buyer responsible for return shipping. 

Refunds are not offered for client errors on personalized items. This includes spelling errors. If you change your mind about an order, please contact us immediately. Cancelation will only be possible if we have not started to process your order. Once a design is agreed upon by our guest and Elite Designs, our staff will work hard to process and hand craft your items. We will need 1-2 weeks to create your personal item, so please allow enough time for product creation and shipping!
